Poor, poor old Sev! Still, I reckon he doesn't look too worried in the pic and this particular Nagini looks like a perfect scarf for those cold winter days! :-)
As for DH:2 ... I'm not sure I'll EVER be able to watch *that* scene (I will just have to hide, or keep popping to the loo each time it's on, I guess!) :-(
